Let us tell you why we feel that this is a good idea:
1. We promote healthy children! Books do not cause tooth cavities, excessive sugar intake, or obesity.
2. We promote education! It's one thing to order a personable book that contains your child's name in the story, but it is another when your child becomes the author with complete control of what the story is about. YWW works with the child author to ensure a finished product that he/she can be proud of. We conduct writing workshops, creative poetry workshops and others to aid in your child's development as a writer. This fundraiser not only makes your organization money but it also places in the hands of children great reading material that motivates them to want to read. We believe that when a child produces his/her own book, it encourages them to read the book over and over again. In the process, they become a better reader.
3. We want to help contribute to the school system! YGW understands that many, if not all schools have to raise money in one form or another for extra curriculum activities. Similar programs require that you buy each book for approximately $20-$35 per book. If that is what you prefer then you are at the wrong site. We do not distribute books one at a time. In other words, we publish and treat your child's book as we do any of our Adult Authors. See publishing prices for more details.
4. Books are a great fundraising idea and are very easy to sell! Parents, Grandparents, Godparents and other relatives will enjoy buying them because they are educational, inspirational and reasonably priced! Also neighbors and friends would love to buy it to support your child and whatever cause you are raising the money for.
5. These fundraisers last a lifetime! Words are priceless! Books can be passed down from generation to generation. Because these books are actually being published under a publishing house, these books will contain an ISBN, a copyright, and a LCCN. These book identifiers will allow you to sell your child's book in bookstores all over the world!

Another benefit of this fundraiser is simply: It is easy and you get your money fast!. We will provide you with color brochures with your organization's name on them. These double as order forms.
• You simply distribute them to your students to take orders.
•We will also set up a separate fundraiser website for each school to allow people to place orders online. See our fundraiser website. This makes sales to friends and family who live out of town much easier. You simply include the website address in any and all correspondence.
•Books ordered online will be shipped directly to the customer, so nominal shipping and handling fees will be added to those orders.
•After the sale has ended, you mail us the completed order forms and the payment for your cost of the books determined by the number of books you sold. You can also send the order electronically using our secured form here.
•We publish the books for you 4-7 days after you sign off on the proofs. We then return the finished books to you for distribution along with a profit check for your organization covering your website sales if any.
